See, I have this niggle in my right shoulder which I know is the result of too much time at the computer. It's worse in the morning because I sleep on my side in bed ... even though I tell myself every night to sleep on my back, it just doesn't happen.
Recently I went out and purchased a memory foam contoured pillow. What an excellent buy because it has helped a lot because it has stopped me scrunching my shoulders up at night.
Anyway, here I am knowing that a few stretches will definitely help. I don't use any gadgets, just a plain wall, doorway etc. will do for this 'no fuss' kind of girl. I like to do my stretches in the shower as the heat really softens the muscles and it feels wonderful.
